Delta Türkiye - Online Teknik Destek

I am unable to make DOPSFOT HMI communicate with PLC Fatek (FSs-60MRC2-AC). I have matched the communication parameters of both yet an error appears "Failed to open port COM1".
Cable used is Rs-232 type. Even I have selected Facon plc is DOPSOFT setting but yet not able to make a breakthrough.

But for now, I am connecting to test online simulation but it is not working.

Not every device is guaranteed in online simulation.
