It can not remember CN5 external encoder position. This port only support incremental type.

Hi, I have a question about the gantry mode. I can't monitor signals from the CN5 connector, what could be the reason, maybe some parameter? Driver model ASD-A2-0721-M
Model motor ECMA CA0807RC.

Set 00-35 parameter to 5-17 like picture and than monitor the mapping parametrer 1 on scope.

what value should parameter 5-17 have, or leave it default?

I set the parameter as indicated, there is no diptych. What else could be the problem?

It is the external encoder value parameter. If you can not see any value manuelly check it on driver and check the encoder feetback is correct. Otherwise please contact local DELTA office.
