VFD-E serisi sürücünün bağlı olduğu motor
başka bir tahrik sistemi tarafından döndürülmektedir ancak
sürücüye start verdiğimiz zaman frenleme yapıp 0hz başlamak yerine
tahrik sistemi tarafından döndürülen motor o anlık devir frekansına karşılık gelecek hz başlayabilirmi yada
bizim belirleyeceğimiz start frekansı ilede başlayabilirmi

08.26 Speed Search during Start-up

 This parameter is used for starting and stopping a motor with high inertia. A motor with high
inertia will take a long time to stop completely. By setting this parameter, the user does not
need to wait for the motor to come to a complete stop before restarting the AC motor drive. If a
PG card and encoder is used on the drive and motor, then the speed search will start from the
speed that is detected by the encoder and accelerate quickly to the setting frequency.
 When using this parameter with PG feedback control, this function will be enabled as Pr.13.00
and Pr.13.01 are set. It has no relation with Pr.00.10. Pr.08-04 and Pr.08-06 will be disabled
when using this parameter with PG feedback control.
 Please make sure Pr.13.00 to Pr.13.02 are set correctly. An incorrect setting may cause the
motor to exceed its speed limit and permanent damage to the motor and machine can occur.

08-26 08-27 ve 08-28 parametrelerinden ayarlayabilirsiniz enkoder kartı zorunluluğu yoktur. Olması durumda çalışma farklılık gösterir.

sahada uygulamacı arkadaşdan gelen bilgiye 8-26 yı 1 yaptıktan sonra çalışırken frekans yakalama güzel her hangi bir sorun yok fakat, motor dururken start verildiğinde ilk önce ters yöne yaklaşık bir tur atıp daha sonra istenen yöne dönmeye başlıyormuş. bu nedenle 8-26 tekrar eski haline getirildi. hız arama fonkisyonun da motor dururken startta bu geri dönme neden kaynaklı olabilir acaba? 8-27 0 ve 1 olarak denendi.

Bu durumda hız arama akımını arttırmayı deneyin.
