Need help. Want connect AX308E and ASD-A2-E. Choose mode DC-sinchronous. Every time error AL3E2. What parameter need check? If choose DC free run error have not but Servo work/ Thank you

Is it orginal ethercat cable? Please use ecat cable if it is not and can you use diastudito diadesigner ax softwafe for programming and then share the result!

Yes. I used diastudito diadesigner ax software also but result the same. When I used designer ax in parameter Distributed clock have 2 parameter(DC-sinhronous and Dc free) I load program in AX and try manage Servo/When I have DC sinhronous and try Servo On i have every time error AL3E2, When I have DC free I have not error , I can send command Servo On(Power ON) but another command Home, Move Servo not work. When I send command Power off Servo losing touch( have red triangle) What better ciclic time ? I will try check this parameter.

Please try 2 or 4 ms clock time for AX-3.

Now I can used EtherCat have control Sero ( power ON\OFF), working on Home mode, can all parameter, read status, write parameter in Servo. But when i try used moving instruction ( for example MC_MoveRelative or another) Servo not work. Pls what need look?

Whats is the function status? Can you share picture.
